Terms of Service and Legal Notice

1. Website owner

yourreferralcodes.com is run on an individual basis by Alex Mari, a natural person (it is not a company). Contact: contact@yourreferralcodes.com.

2. What the Site is

yourreferralcodes.com is an independent directory where people share referral codes and invite links for third-party companies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of those companies. Brand names and logos belong to their respective owners.

3. Codes are submitted by users

Codes and links are posted by community members. We do not verify them and we do not guarantee that any code works, that it is still active or that you will receive any reward. Rewards, eligibility and conditions are set by each company and may change at any time; check the company’s official terms before signing up. Sign up only on the company’s official website or app.

4. Submitting a code or link

When you submit a code or link you confirm that it is your own, that you are allowed to share it and that it does not break any law or the rules of the company it belongs to. Links must point to the company’s official domain. You must not post codes that belong to other people, misleading, harmful or malicious links, or spam.

You grant us a free, worldwide licence to display the code or link on the Site. We may reject, hide or remove any submission at any time, and we apply daily submission limits to prevent abuse.

5. Sponsored placements

Sponsored placements pin a code or link at the top of the list for a limited time. Current options: 3 days for €3, 7 days for €5, 30 days for €15. The period starts when the placement is activated, not when it is reserved. Prices are shown in euros before you pay and are processed by Stripe.

A sponsored placement is paid advertising. “Sponsored” does not mean verified or endorsed, and it does not guarantee more clicks, sign-ups or rewards. See our Refund Policy for refunds.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, bypass rate limits, scrape it in a way that harms its operation, vote or copy codes in bulk to manipulate rankings, or use it for anything unlawful.

7. Removal requests

If a code or link is yours, is wrong or should not be listed, write to contact@yourreferralcodes.com and we will review it promptly.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, texts and logo of the Site belong to its owner or are used under licence, and may not be copied or modified without permission. Brand names, trademarks and logos of the listed companies belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify them. If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, write to contact@yourreferralcodes.com.

9. No warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of codes or links, from third-party companies’ decisions, or from the Site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Personal data and applicable law

How we process personal data and use cookies is explained in our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by Spanish law. When you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of the owner’s place of residence in Spain.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
